“Special Agent” DJ Daniel Honors Charlie Kirk at Glendale Memorial

“Special Agent” DJ Daniel, the remarkable young man from Houston, Texas, continues to inspire with his courage and determination. On Sunday, September 21, he was among the thousands who gathered inside State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona, to honor conservative leader Charlie Kirk at his memorial service.

DJ Daniel’s Fight and His Dream

DJ’s journey is nothing short of extraordinary. Diagnosed at age six with a rare form of brain cancer, he has undergone more than 13 brain surgeries. Instead of giving up, DJ has used his fight to fuel his dream of becoming a police officer.

Since 2018, DJ and his father, Theodis Daniel, have traveled the country visiting police departments, sheriff’s offices, and federal agencies. Over 900 law enforcement agencies have welcomed him and sworn him in as an honorary officer.

“If you call us to come, we are gonna show up,” his father said. “We want to motivate people and give them hope.”

Honored by President Trump

DJ’s bravery earned him national recognition earlier this year. During a joint session of Congress, President Donald Trump invited DJ on stage and asked Secret Service Director Sean Curran to swear him in as an honorary U.S. Secret Service agent.

“Tonight, DJ, we’re going to do you the biggest honor of them all,” Trump told him in front of the nation. That moment, capped with a hug between DJ and the former president, quickly became a symbol of resilience and inspiration.

Paying Tribute to Charlie Kirk

At Charlie Kirk’s memorial, DJ once again showed his heart. A photo he shared on Instagram captured him on the stadium floor with his father, honoring the conservative leader’s legacy.

A video clip also circulated online showing DJ tying the shoes of former Congressman Madison Cawthorn, who uses a wheelchair. The simple gesture of kindness reflected DJ’s compassion and strength—qualities that have touched millions across the country.

A Lasting Inspiration

From Houston to Washington, D.C., and now Arizona, DJ Daniel continues to defy the odds. His fight against cancer, his honorary badges, and his willingness to serve others remind America what true courage looks like. His presence at Charlie Kirk’s memorial was yet another chapter in a story that continues to inspire.
