Man United 0 Bournemouth 3

Manchester United faced a disappointing 3-0 defeat against AFC Bournemouth in today's Premier League match. The visitors took an early lead when Dominic Solanke scored just five minutes into the game, providing them with an advantage to build on. Philip Billing's powerful header secured their second goal, followed by Marcos Senesi's unmarked effort from a corner, making it three.

Although Dango Ouattara appeared to score a fourth goal in stoppage time, VAR ruled it out due to a handball by the scorer.

Despite coming off a midweek victory against Chelsea, Manchester United couldn't carry their form into today's clash with the Cherries. The visiting side made a brighter start in the Manchester rain.

Bournemouth's bold beginning at Old Trafford was rewarded with a goal when Dominic Solanke skillfully finished five minutes into the game. Lewis Cook capitalized on an attempted pass from the back, driving to the byline and crossing it to Solanke, whose flick eluded Andre Onana in goal.

Manchester United nearly equalized immediately with a towering Harry Maguire header from a Sergio Reguilon cross, but it was tipped over the bar by Neto.

Marcus Tavernier had a chance to double Bournemouth's lead in the 15th minute, but his effort went straight into Onana's gloves. Tavernier later nodded home a rebound, but the assistant referee flagged offside, keeping the deficit at one.

Despite Solanke's near miss and Harry Maguire's defensive efforts, Manchester United couldn't prevent Bournemouth from adding a second goal after the break. The Cherries continued their dominance, with Senesi securing their third from a straightforward corner.

Despite their efforts to find a route back into the game, Manchester United couldn't create clear-cut chances to trouble Neto in Bournemouth's goal. The Reds now look ahead to a midweek visit from Bayern Munich with UEFA Champions League qualification at stake.
